Some days of the week are better for doing certain types of magick than others, depending on that day's ruling planet (i.e. Mars rules Tuesday, and so Tuesday is a good day for spells to do with courage). The planet determines the energies associated with that day and thus which types of workings should be done that day. Below is a table of days, their ruling planets, energy, colour and associated workings.
If your working isn't there, just pick the day governed by the god or energy that fits your intention best. It's not difficult :)
