Magickal symbols are yet another good way to enhance the power of your magick. You can inscribe them on candles, put them on ritual tools, wear them on your ritual clothing, or use them as magickal shorthand in your BOS. Runes are also magickal symbols - they have their own particular energies. Incidentally, magickal symbols are also called sigils - the word 'sigil' is derived from Latin and has the meanings 'signal', 'small distinctive mark' or 'small seal'. Many Witches use sigils and/or runes in their magick.
